Processes university-wide student refunds accurately and efficiently; researches account discrepancies, maintains accounting records, ensures compliance with university, state, and federal regulations, prepares audit materials, performs quality assurance, and supports student account operations. The role collaborates across institutional offices, provides customer service to students, completes reports and special projects, and assists other functions as needed.

Manage billing, invoicing, and reconciliation for third‑party sponsored student accounts; resolve account issues, maintain CRM records, communicate with sponsors and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with accounting, FERPA, and federal financial aid regulations to support student retention and graduation.

Lead major gift fundraising for Craft Education by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $100,000+ from foundations, corporations, and individuals. Manage a portfolio of ~100–125 prospects, conduct regular visits and travel, develop proposals, collaborate across WGU and Craft teams, and report on donor activity to meet fundraising goals.
