Lead end-to-end technical recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions. Build scalable recruiting infrastructure, pipelines, employer branding, referral programs, and interview processes. The role also includes people operations responsibilities such as onboarding, benefits, or HRIS administration.

Design and optimize mechanical architectures for motors and actuators, perform structural and tolerance analyses, drive DFM/A for high-volume production, create CAD models and GD&T drawings, collaborate across teams, support prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure manufacturability and durability at scale.
