Volunteer recruiter (remote, US-based) screening incoming applicants, conducting initial video screens, managing application queues, guiding volunteers through application and onboarding, creating/publishing requisitions with TA operations, and improving recruiting messaging and processes. 2-6 hours/week expected.

Lead the monthly public and internal newsletters using Mailchimp. Assemble, edit, and coordinate newsletter reviews; collaborate with marketing, design, writing, video, and political data volunteers; inspire contributors; follow content guidelines; and create or leverage visual assets in Canva.

Volunteer Product Marketing Lead supporting WeVote’s voter engagement platform. Responsibilities include creating onboarding and outreach toolkits, translating product features into benefit-driven messaging, developing campaign assets for email, social, digital ads, and candidate outreach, and collaborating with business development, marketing, product, and analytics teams to improve adoption and campaign effectiveness. The role requires 3–5 hours weekly, remote availability during some U.S. Pacific business hours, and a commitment to strengthening American democracy.
