Owns Ting’s physical supply chain across contract manufacturing, 3PL fulfillment nodes, Amazon FBA, inventory, returns, packaging, freight, and ERP operations. Manages inventory accuracy, replenishment, purchase orders, vendor relationships, reverse logistics, freight documentation, and process improvements. Serves as the NetSuite supply chain owner and coordinates with Product Operations, Engineering, Finance, manufacturers, and logistics partners in a remote environment.

Leads Ting Labs’ direct-to-consumer growth strategy and marketing operations foundation. Owns customer acquisition, media investment, brand and performance marketing, experimentation, measurement, attribution, dashboards, marketing technology, data integrations, and operational processes. Partners cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Engineering, Finance, agencies, and technology vendors to optimize growth performance and investment decisions.

Leads B2B content strategy, sales enablement, and content operations to support revenue growth and partner engagement. Creates case studies, white papers, presentations, collateral, website content, and thought leadership materials. Maintains enablement libraries, coordinates cross-functional production, supports events and partner initiatives, and measures content performance. Translates complex technical concepts into compelling business messaging while managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder reviews.
