Participates in a 12–18 month rotational career development program covering warehouse operations, customer service, management, business systems, and leadership development. The trainee receives mentoring, job shadowing, process coaching, and exposure to senior leadership while developing skills for future operations leadership roles. Responsibilities include completing rotational assignments, partnering with customers and teams, learning branch processes, and presenting a capstone project.

Designs and reviews concrete formwork and shoring systems for construction projects. Develops AutoCAD and Revit drawings, performs structural calculations, prepares bills of material, reviews peer designs, and ensures compliance with safety and building requirements. Collaborates with construction, sales, operations, and customers throughout project delivery, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting complex design issues. May oversee project assignments and support team development.

Participate in a 6–12 month accelerated sales training to learn products, vendors, and sales approach; prepare and execute account plans; make jobsite and office sales calls; enter and process customer orders; and operate a company or personal vehicle for sales activities.
