Participates in a 6–12 month accelerated sales training program covering White Cap products, customers, vendors, systems, pricing, and selling skills. Prepares account plans, sells products and value propositions, joins customer sales calls, processes orders, and develops customer and supplier relationships. The role requires consistent operation of a company or personal vehicle and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Receives, counts, stores, packs, unpacks, marks, and delivers inventory and equipment. Records receiving data in company software, identifies shortages or incorrect shipments, resolves delivery issues with vendors, coordinates with purchasing on late deliveries, and files purchase orders. The role generally requires 0–2 years of experience, with forklift operation, Oracle or similar sales-order software, construction product knowledge, and Spanish proficiency preferred.
