Represents emerging companies, founders, and venture capital investors in corporate transactions, including formations, venture financings, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, and offerings. Responsibilities include drafting transaction documents, leading due diligence, conducting legal research, advising clients, and protecting client interests. The role requires direct client interaction, strong communication and drafting skills, sound judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced matters.

Supports intellectual property and disputes litigation through legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery coordination, case strategy, evidence management, and preliminary hearings or depositions. Maintains case files, meets procedural deadlines, assists senior lawyers with trial preparation, and may coordinate or mentor junior lawyers. Requires specialized legal experience, typically 3–5 years post-qualification, with strong research, drafting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
