The Staff Accountant will manage monthly accounting engagements, perform full-cycle accounting tasks, prepare financial statements, and ensure accuracy in reporting for a portfolio of clients.

Lead and execute full-scope audits for non-profit clients: direct staff, review workpapers, finalize financial statements and footnotes, assess internal controls, prepare reports and tax returns as needed, communicate with clients, and help grow client relationships while managing multiple engagements and mentoring junior auditors.

The Tax Manager will lead tax engagements, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, while maintaining client relationships.
