Lead and build the company's federal compliance function end-to-end. Drive CMMC, FedRAMP, DoD SRG, and DFARS compliance efforts, define CUI boundaries, author System Security Plans, coordinate engineering/operations to implement controls, manage audits, and maintain continuous monitoring using GRC and security tooling.

Serve as the meteorological subject-matter expert embedded in Growth, supporting BD, proposals, customer engagements, and marketing. Present to customers, publish case studies, represent WindBorne at conferences, and inform product and operational launch planning by applying operational meteorology, NWP, and observational science to drive commercial adoption.
