Perform inside and occasional field sales to prospect, develop, and close opportunities; maintain relationships with key decision makers; make outbound calls and follow up on leads; develop sales/marketing plans; provide education and host tasting events; coordinate with accounting and customer service; meet sales goals and attend meetings and events.

Drives spirits sales and supplier brand growth across on- and off-premise accounts. Partners with district managers, sales leadership, and suppliers to expand distribution, open accounts, execute market initiatives, and achieve KPIs. Serves as a spirits subject-matter expert by leading tastings, staff training, consumer events, presentations, and educational programs. Identifies market trends and portfolio opportunities while supporting marketing communications and social media engagement.

Lead and oversee the accounts receivable team, manage collections and dispute resolution, analyze aging reports and AR processes, train and supervise staff, prepare reports and support budgeting, recommend process improvements, liaise with auditors and collection agencies, and communicate AR insights to leadership.
