Identify and research target companies hiring for business support roles, run outbound campaigns across email/phone/LinkedIn, qualify prospects through discovery conversations, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Maintain CRM data, collaborate with sales team on handoffs, and surface market feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and outbound strategies.

Build and lead the inbound sales performance engine, including follow-up systems, sales sequences, coaching, CRM standards, conversion optimization, channel partner lead management, call quality reviews, onboarding, and sales knowledge content. Manage SDRs, Sales Associates, and trainers while improving funnel performance, reactivation, show rates, and deal progression through data, technology, and hands-on coaching.

Serve as a strategic right hand to the CEO: manage complex calendars and international travel, act as gatekeeper, produce executive BI reports and dashboards, audit workflows, support financial tracking and budgeting, and proactively solve operational issues with discretion.
