Teams at Wing Assistant

Identify and research target companies hiring for business support roles, run outbound campaigns across email/phone/LinkedIn, qualify prospects through discovery conversations, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Maintain CRM data, collaborate with sales team on handoffs, and surface market feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and outbound strategies.

Account Executives will manage the full sales cycle, build a pipeline of opportunities, run demos, negotiate deals, and collaborate with other teams to grow the customer base.

The Sales Pipeline Lead monitors and improves sales team performance, ensuring follow-ups, addressing deal stalls, and coaching AEs on effective deal management.
