Leads enterprise-wide programs and strategic business operations initiatives from scope definition through execution. The role solves complex problems, establishes reporting and operating cadences, synthesizes quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communicates recommendations to senior stakeholders. It also aligns cross-functional teams, drives process improvements, and supports go-to-market and operational scaling across Wing.

Design and build scalable backend systems for uncrewed air traffic management and shared airspace operations. Improve recruiting operations through data-driven process optimization, automation, talent intelligence, and AI-enabled assessment and interview tools while delivering a high-touch candidate experience and supporting employer brand growth.

The Analytics Manager analyzes complex datasets, builds models, conducts scenario analyses, and provides strategic recommendations to guide decision-making for leadership.

Lead end-to-end UX and product design for consumer apps, merchant and logistics workflows, and internal tools managing autonomous drone delivery operations. Design complex physical-software experiences, operational dashboards, and scalable partner integrations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Hardware, and Aviation Operations; contribute to design systems, mentor designers, conduct user research, and drive design strategy from discovery through shipped products.

Leads Wing’s policy and regulatory communications strategy across federal, state, and local audiences. Advises executives, coordinates messaging with Government Affairs and Legal, prepares spokespeople for hearings and media interviews, manages issues and rapid-response communications, develops community outreach materials, monitors policy and public sentiment, and builds relationships with agencies, consultants, partners, reporters, and third-party experts.

Own company-wide financial consolidation, executive reporting, financial data governance, spend governance, and cash flow forecasting. Build scalable financial processes, data taxonomies, systems architecture, and automated workflows. Lead monthly reporting and annual budgeting while partnering with Accounting, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders. Translate complex financial data into strategic narratives for senior leadership and support working capital and runway planning.

Own Wing’s lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back. Build and optimize personalized email, push, and in-app campaigns using a customer engagement platform. Lead testing, promotions, market launches, website readiness, and performance measurement across markets. Partner with Analytics, Product, Data Science, Creative, Brand, Commercial, and Engineering teams to increase repeat orders, retention, customer lifetime value, and active-user growth.

Leads zero-to-one technical pilot programs from architecture through production launch, coordinating engineering, product, QA, architecture, and operations. Owns and evolves the engineering Product Development Process, including phase gates, design reviews, launch readiness, compliance, metrics, and post-mortems. Drives technical dependency resolution, process adoption, operational rigor, tooling, dashboards, and executive communication across complex hardware-software product environments.

Design and commercialize mechanical and electromechanical ground infrastructure for automated drone delivery, including loading, charging, and storage systems. Conduct real flight tests, analyze flight data, evaluate prototype flying characteristics, and collaborate across engineering domains to achieve test objectives. The role is hybrid and based in Palo Alto and Hollister, California.

Supports next-generation supply chain systems by gathering requirements, configuring PLM and eQMS modules, developing manufacturing dashboards, and integrating data for product genealogy traceability. Collaborates with manufacturing, sourcing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify BOM risks, optimize workflows, and improve supply chain resilience. This is a 12-week hybrid summer internship in Palo Alto, California.

Supports aircraft hardware reliability by designing test fixtures, building DAQ systems, automating test scripts, and executing environmental and subsystem testing. Analyzes field failures and test data, performs root-cause investigations and failure replication, creates FMEAs, troubleshoots hardware issues, and develops reliable test procedures for drone and ground infrastructure.

Support Wing’s Perception team in developing computer vision and deep learning models for autonomous drone navigation. Responsibilities include analyzing large-scale flight and sensor data, improving perception pipelines, handling real-world edge cases, and applying foundational, geometric, and end-to-end models to enhance aircraft safety and scalability.

Develop and test C++ backend software for Wing’s autonomous drone delivery network. Build services and APIs that manage geospatial delivery locations, allocate fleet resources, coordinate flight missions, and integrate with distributed systems. Collaborate across engineering teams to improve reliability, operational workflows, and developer experience while writing maintainable production code for dynamic physical environments.

Develop simulation and evaluation tools for autonomous drone systems. Responsibilities include using real-world flight telemetry to build closed-loop simulations, evaluating reinforcement-learning flight policies, analyzing large-scale simulation data, and supporting flight software validation. The role collaborates with Simulation, Perception, and Guidance, Navigation, and Control teams to solve complex engineering problems and improve the safety and scalability of drone delivery operations.

Participate in a 12-week aerospace engineering internship focused on developing next-generation delivery drones. Perform aerodynamic, flight dynamics, propulsion, and aircraft performance analyses using experimental and computational methods.
