Perform aerodynamic design, analysis, testing, and aircraft configuration trade studies for unmanned aerial systems. Leads Wing’s Flight Test and Evaluation team, overseeing hiring, mentoring, test strategy, campaign planning, execution, risk assessments, readiness reviews, and flight-data analysis. The role develops rigorous validation programs for autonomous delivery aircraft, integrates telemetry, automation, simulation, HIL, and SIL capabilities, and translates test findings into engineering, product, regulatory, and commercial decisions. It also generates traceable evidence supporting FAA and global aviation safety submissions.

The Senior Hardware Product Manager will drive hardware development efforts, coordinating across teams to manage product roadmaps, automate operations, and enhance delivery efficiency.

Develop, deploy, and maintain deep learning perception models for autonomous delivery drones. Build resource-constrained real-time inference, improve existing models and pipelines, and collaborate with hardware, software, and flight-test teams to productionize safe, reliable perception features.

Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders and balance internal and contingent recruiting delivery models.

Own and implement production optimization algorithms for Wing's delivery network, analyze logistics and flight data, integrate OR with ML for forecasting and dispatching, embed solvers into scalable cloud systems, run simulations and experiments, and mentor engineers on algorithm design and code quality.

Lead a team converting simulation and flight operations data into actionable insights. Design evaluation workflows, automated triage, metrics, pipelines, and statistical methods to quantify performance and detect regressions. Define acceptance criteria for releases and connect operational findings to the engineering roadmap while partnering with engineering, flight operations, and analytics.

Design and prototype mechanical and robotic systems for package loading subsystems. Develop hardware and embedded software (C++), create automated testing infrastructure, analyze test data with Python/MATLAB and SQL, troubleshoot electromechanical components (BLDC motors, servos, microcontrollers), and collaborate across teams to move designs to production.
