The Head of UX Design and Research at Wing will lead a team in creating intuitive user experiences for drone delivery systems, manage cross-functional collaboration, and optimize the service journey for users and partners, while ensuring a culture of design excellence.

Lead and scale Wing's sourcing and procurement organization to support mass production and NPI. Develop procurement strategies for direct and indirect sourcing, manage supplier relationships, drive cost and process improvements (including AI-driven procurement), align procurement with engineering and manufacturing, and execute global supplier deals to ensure supply continuity, quality, and optimized total cost of ownership.

Lead a team converting simulation and flight operations data into actionable insights. Design evaluation workflows, automated triage, metrics, pipelines, and statistical methods to quantify performance and detect regressions. Define acceptance criteria for releases and connect operational findings to the engineering roadmap while partnering with engineering, flight operations, and analytics.

Design and prototype mechanical and robotic systems for package loading subsystems. Develop hardware and embedded software (C++), create automated testing infrastructure, analyze test data with Python/MATLAB and SQL, troubleshoot electromechanical components (BLDC motors, servos, microcontrollers), and collaborate across teams to move designs to production.

Design, launch, and scale Wing's centralized corporate training function. Build strategy, select AI-driven learning tools, create adaptive learning pathways for safety, leadership, engineering, and compliance, deliver training, partner with cross-functional teams, and evolve the function from individual contributor work to a small team.

Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing for Wing's global drone delivery network, sourcing infrastructure, logistics, and field service providers. Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to enable rapid deployment and operational scalability.

Lead design and scaling of high-performance electric propulsion motors for delivery drones. Define system requirements, optimize motor efficiency and power density, select materials, drive testing and validation, and collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and suppliers to enable high-volume production and maintain the motor product roadmap.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend systems to collect, process, and store aircraft telemetry and logs. Integrate diverse data sources, optimize batch and interactive services, and monitor pipeline performance and data integrity to support analysis, ML model training, and flight operations.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable HIL platforms and test infrastructure for embedded avionics and perception systems. Build test fixtures, automated software-on-hardware tests, investigate HIL failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scale of autonomous aircraft testing.

Lead design, development, and scaling of Wing's hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) infrastructure for embedded, perception, and avionics integration. Define HIL roadmap, design modular test fixtures, build automated hardware regression pipelines, and mentor engineers and lab technicians to enable large-scale reliable testing of autonomous aircraft.

Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and special projects. Plan global offsites, drive meeting governance, optimize processes, onboard leaders, and handle sensitive communications with discretion while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Hardware Product Manager will drive hardware development efforts, coordinating across teams to manage product roadmaps, automate operations, and enhance delivery efficiency.

The Accounting Lead will manage month-end close processes, support reporting, improve ERP systems, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while handling relationships across the organization.

Serve as strategic and operational People Partner to engineering, manufacturing, and autonomous systems leaders. Advise C-suite on org design and talent strategy, lead workforce planning, succession, compensation and development processes, manage complex employee relations, monitor org health and retention, and directly manage and mentor a small team of HRBPs to scale high-performance technical teams.

Serve as strategic People Partner to commercial execs (Product, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory). Drive talent strategies, org design, workforce planning, compensation cycles, succession, employee relations, engagement, and retention. Lead and mentor a small HRBP team and manage complex, sensitive HR cases while executing data-driven workforce initiatives to scale high-performance teams.

Lead and grow a technical recruiting team for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Own talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, hiring analytics, AI-driven recruiting tools adoption, employer branding, and select full-cycle leadership hires. Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders and balance internal and contingent recruiting delivery models.

Lead design and deployment of generative world models and sensor simulations to produce high-fidelity synthetic datasets for large-scale simulation. Integrate multimodal and diffusion models, advance sim-to-real transfer and domain adaptation, apply VLMs and world-modeling for controllable 4D environments, and establish AI infrastructure and testing frameworks to validate edge cases for autonomous flight systems.
