Design, launch, and scale Wing's centralized corporate training function. Build strategy, select AI-driven learning tools, create adaptive learning pathways for safety, leadership, engineering, and compliance, deliver training, partner with cross-functional teams, and evolve the function from individual contributor work to a small team.

Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing for Wing's global drone delivery network, sourcing infrastructure, logistics, and field service providers. Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to enable rapid deployment and operational scalability.

Lead design and scaling of high-performance electric propulsion motors for delivery drones. Define system requirements, optimize motor efficiency and power density, select materials, drive testing and validation, and collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and suppliers to enable high-volume production and maintain the motor product roadmap.
