The Accounting Lead will manage month-end close processes, support reporting, improve ERP systems, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while handling relationships across the organization.

Lead electrical, mechanical, and material failure investigations across drone aircraft components and subsystems. Identify root causes using advanced failure-analysis methods, electrical test equipment, schematics, and experiments. Drive corrective actions with design, manufacturing, reliability, and suppliers; provide technical guidance on BMS, ESCs, avionics, sensors, and other hardware. Prepare technical and 8D reports, improve failure-analysis processes, and maintain detailed failure databases.

Lead design and scaling of high-performance electric propulsion motors for delivery drones. Define system requirements, optimize motor efficiency and power density, select materials, drive testing and validation, and collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and suppliers to enable high-volume production and maintain the motor product roadmap.
