Leads full-cycle iSolved HCM and payroll implementations, including requirements discovery, configuration, data validation, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation transition. Manages multiple customer projects, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables while recommending solutions and coordinating internal teams. Mentors junior consultants, reviews implementation work, and improves implementation processes. Requires knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, benefits, HR administration, and software implementation in a client-facing consulting environment.

Provides assistant controller-level accounting support to healthcare clients. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, general ledgers, account classifications, balance sheet reviews, month-end close, reporting packages, work papers, procedure documentation, and client workflows. The role also coordinates accounting assignments, supports best-practice development, and collaborates across service teams. Candidates need at least five years of accounting experience, healthcare full-cycle accounting knowledge, strong accounting principles, analytical skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
