Manage strategic merchant accounts, build long-term relationships, increase financing volume and share of wallet, and support new deal closing and onboarding. Train merchants on Wisetack’s financing offerings, communicate customer feedback cross-functionally, and collaborate with support and customer operations teams. The role requires quota-carrying account management experience, strong communication, growth orientation, and the ability to manage high-visibility accounts.

Safeguard regulatory integrity across marketing, consumer lending, and operations. Review marketing materials, monitor federal and state compliance requirements, support audits and bank partner inquiries, track complaints, administer compliance tools, and improve documentation, training, workflows, and reporting. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and effective use of RegTech and AI tools.

Own and prioritize a portfolio of borrower financing applications, contacting borrowers and occasionally merchants to resolve barriers and move applications toward funding. Handle objections, provide accurate and compliant guidance, coordinate with internal teams, document activity in Salesforce, and meet funded-loan, volume, satisfaction, and conversion goals. Identify recurring issues, test outreach strategies, provide feedback, and help improve borrower conversion processes.
