Lead Wispr's talent org and personally source and close senior hires across research, engineering, sales, marketing and G&A. Build and manage a high-performing recruiting team, instrument hiring pipelines, coach hiring managers, shape employer brand, and design competitive offers to scale headcount from ~80 to 250 within the year.

Lead and build the end-to-end communications function for an AI-native company: develop narrative and message architecture, run media and social strategy, shape executive voice, embed comms in product and investor launches, manage issues and competitive intelligence, leverage AI to optimize PR workflows, and hire and scale a communications team.

The ML Scientist will develop a voice interface, personalize speech models, and handle LLMs for high-demand applications, using advanced ML techniques.
