Identify high-value accounts and transformation signals, engage senior technology and business executives, source qualified opportunities, and maintain clean AE handoffs. The role also involves creating the outbound infrastructure, including sequencing, cadences, objection handling, account planning, and prospecting playbooks.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for high-value AI transformation deals, from territory creation and outbound prospecting through executive engagement, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with Fortune 2000 leaders, develop ROI-driven business cases, navigate complex buying committees, manage MEDDPICC-based pipeline forecasting, and partner with Solutions Consultants and Customer Success on proof-of-value engagements. The role is based in San Francisco and requires substantial customer travel.

Own AI product areas end to end, from customer discovery and problem definition through prototyping, PRD development, engineering collaboration, launch, and measurement. Build AI-native product experiences, account for probabilistic model behavior and failure modes, establish feedback loops, conduct customer interviews, and drive technically complex generative AI features to measurable outcomes.
