Lead end-to-end Google Workspace and Gemini deployments, manage cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder alignment, define adoption KPIs, and design change management strategies (communications, training, champion networks) to maximize user adoption and customer satisfaction.

Manages international aerial bathymetry survey projects from planning through delivery, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, sensor selection, flight plans, field operations, subcontractors, QA/QC, data processing, client communications, invoicing, and forecasting. Develops survey specifications, work plans, estimates, and proposals while coordinating technical teams and regulatory stakeholders. Supports business development through client relationship building, conferences, and opportunity identification. Requires substantial geospatial and aerial bathymetry experience, international travel, and security clearance eligibility.

Lead Woolpert's partner marketing for the Google relationship: develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, run integrated campaigns, enable sales, create partner collateral, measure KPIs, and coach one specialist to drive co-selling and pipeline growth for Digital Innovations.
