The role also requires server rack-and-stack work, hardware and software testing, installation procedure development, and adherence to electrical safety standards.

Provides production support for SAP Finance and Controlling modules, resolving high-priority issues across G/L, AP, AR, asset accounting, treasury, cost accounting, project systems, and profitability analysis. Supports month-end and year-end close processes, trains finance users, documents procedures, coordinates enhancements with global SAP support, and assists with testing and implementation. Requires extensive SAP FI/CO experience in high-tech or semiconductor environments and bilingual Korean-English communication.

Administer and engineer Linux and Windows infrastructure, virtualization platforms, storage systems, networking equipment, backups, monitoring, security patches, and enterprise tools. Provision storage, manage user access, troubleshoot hardware and software failures, support infrastructure and R&D environments, automate administration tasks, maintain documentation and standards, and coordinate vendor support. The role also provides Tier III support, performs performance tuning and system upgrades, and requires occasional after-hours or weekend support.
