Teams at Workday

Lead product marketing for Workday’s Build and Extend platform portfolio. Develop messaging, positioning, value propositions, launch strategies, demand-generation content, sales enablement, and adoption programs. Partner with Product, Engineering, technical marketing, developer relations, campaign marketing, and field teams to translate platform capabilities into compelling buyer narratives, accelerate pipeline, and support sales-led go-to-market execution.

Design, build, and operate backend microservices and developer-facing UI features for Workday’s Developer Platform. Own services end to end across API design, cloud deployment, observability, reliability, testing, and production operations. Integrate AI and agentic capabilities, including LLMs, streaming interfaces, and MCP tooling. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, contribute to code reviews and technical decisions, and participate in on-call support for a global Kubernetes fleet.

Build backend infrastructure for Workday’s AI agents, including RAG pipelines, vector search, semantic layers, query federation, and LLM orchestration. Develop scalable microservices, APIs, and data pipelines while implementing security, governance, testing, monitoring, and reliability practices. Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and technical leads to deliver enterprise AI platform features.
