Lead a product-focused engineering team building WorkOS Dashboard features for onboarding, growth, billing, monetization, and AI assistance. Responsibilities include technical strategy, architecture, prototyping, product decision-making, customer discovery, roadmap development, hiring, mentoring, and team growth. The role partners closely with product, design, finance, go-to-market, recruiting, and engineering teams while balancing rapid delivery with reliability, billing correctness, and AI quality.

Own hands-on growth marketing execution across developer events, campaigns, content, reporting, and measurement. Coordinate vendors, venues, creative assets, email and social copy, registration flows, follow-up, and pipeline handoffs. Maintain UTM and campaign tracking, analyze program performance, and recommend improvements. Partner with sales, design, product, and growth leadership while building expertise in WorkOS products and technical audiences.

Lead employee programs focused on end-to-end onboarding, manager training, employee upskilling, and memorable employee experiences. Design and facilitate in-person and distributed programming, build onboarding curricula, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve cohorts based on feedback. Partner with leadership and managers to address capability gaps, support offsites, and use AI-forward no-code tools to automate content distribution and track ramp progress.
