Lead employee programs focused on end-to-end onboarding, manager training, employee upskilling, and memorable employee experiences. Design and facilitate in-person and distributed programming, build onboarding curricula, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve cohorts based on feedback. Partner with leadership and managers to address capability gaps, support offsites, and use AI-forward no-code tools to automate content distribution and track ramp progress.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, focusing on pipeline development and relationship building with technical stakeholders in developer-leaning environments.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll collaborate with customers, build solutions using WorkOS products, and facilitate their success through technical execution and communication.
