Contract Recruiter to lead high-volume Video Contributor contractor hiring (initially Menlo Park). Build scalable sourcing strategies across Workstream, Indeed, LinkedIn; manage pipelines end-to-end from sourcing through onboarding; track recruiting metrics and optimize funnels; coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, Project Managers, and People Operations. Initial 3-month contract, onsite majority of week, $40–$50/hr.

Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Build dashboards, automation, and AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code). Partner with data and GTM leaders to standardize workflows, reduce leakage, enable quota/comp processes, and drive data-driven GTM decisions.
