Prospect and close strategic accounts, manage complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, build accurate pipelines, develop account plans, communicate labor ROI, and collaborate on proposals and proofs of concept. Represent WorkWhile at industry events and executive meetings while exceeding quota and expanding strategic customer relationships.

Own product discovery, definition, prioritization, roadmap decisions, and delivery for WorkWhile’s marketplace platform. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous problems into product direction, write specifications, define success metrics, gather user feedback, and drive rapid iteration. Align GTM, customer support, and operations stakeholders while managing products from kickoff through launch.

The Corporate Communications Lead will craft Workwhile's media narrative, create engaging content on labor trends, manage academic relations, and respond proactively to media events to position the company as a leader in labor market intelligence.

Own and scale top-of-funnel demand generation: plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage AI and automation to increase qualified leads, analyze funnel metrics and pipeline ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science to translate campaigns into revenue.

Embed with enterprise customers to discover and scope frontline operational problems, prioritize and define FDE pod builds (integrations, tooling, extensions), drive rapid prototyping and feedback loops, and establish pod operating rhythms to scale enterprise delivery and influence core product roadmap.

The Growth Marketing Engineer will architect growth loops, optimize performance ads, manage data infrastructure, and oversee technical marketing systems to enhance worker acquisition and retention.

Lead and scale an AI-driven revenue operations function for Sales, SDRs, and Account Management. Build automated GTM workflows, maintain GTM tech stack and data pipelines, run forecasting and territory/quota design, create dashboards and governance, support field execution, and redesign processes to remove friction and increase pipeline velocity and quota attainment.

The Account Manager oversees customer accounts, builds relationships, develops new business, tracks account metrics, and ensures timely delivery of solutions.
