This position provides technical support for desktops and laptops, addressing client issues, completing service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, real-time reporting, and asset control.

Provide on-site desktop and laptop repair and troubleshooting, respond to service calls within SLAs, maintain asset control and reporting, follow safety and client policies, and perform occasional long-distance or overnight work as required.
