Develop and manage safety cases for automated driving and ADAS systems, including safety claims, defeaters, evidence strategies, risk assessments, and risk aggregation. Collaborate with systems engineering, AI safety, hardware, V&V, operational safety, compliance, and leadership teams to evaluate release readiness for development fleets and mass production. Support HIL and vehicle testing, coverage strategies, KPI definition, standards compliance, and communication with stakeholders and auditors.

Develop and integrate software for an autonomous driving and ADAS vehicle platform. Responsibilities include architecture, implementation, testing, build tooling, sensor and vehicle integration, middleware, inter-ECU communication, and roadmap development. The role requires hands-on embedded systems work across operating systems, hardware, and sensors, along with technical leadership, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and production software delivery in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or defense environments.

Leads technical strategy and engineering execution for automated driving systems, data-driven infrastructure, ML pipelines, and autonomy stacks. Resolves complex cross-functional technical challenges, establishes development standards, champions safety-critical practices, guides system integration and validation, defines technical KPIs, and mentors engineering leaders. The role partners with executive leadership and Toyota Motor Corporation to advance scalable, reliable, production-ready automated driving technologies.
