Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for digital marketing roles through interview, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, maintain ATS data and reports, lead training, and support recruiting strategy across multiple US offices and time zones.

Manage a portfolio of client affiliate programs: develop and execute growth strategies, recruit and onboard partners, negotiate placements, optimize performance via analysis and reporting, coordinate with networks and clients, provide forecasting and strategic recommendations, and leverage AI tools to surface insights.

Lead revenue operations analytics, forecasting, and scalable programs.
