Provides frontline IT support for approximately 100 employees across hybrid Bay Area offices. Responsibilities include service desk intake and troubleshooting, Windows and mobile endpoint support, Microsoft 365 administration, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access management, asset inventory, hardware lifecycle coordination, documentation, root-cause analysis, and occasional on-call support. The role also provides onsite hardware, conference room, and AV assistance while supporting security awareness and process improvements.

Own and improve Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, identity automation, backups, and SaaS platforms. Build monitoring, automations, and cybersecurity capabilities; support incident response, vulnerability management, compliance, and complex IT escalations. Maintain documentation, change management, and infrastructure performance for a distributed workforce. The role is remote within select states, with occasional office travel and on-call participation.

Leads Southern California regional growth, business development, client relationships, and delivery of restoration, mitigation, permitting, and environmental compliance projects. Provides senior technical oversight, manages complex cross-functional work, and supports project profitability. Directs, mentors, and develops regional technical staff while partnering with executive leadership to execute strategic plans and expand the environmental consulting business.
