Leads Spaceport Events hospitality operations, including staff hiring and supervision, service planning, guest satisfaction, catering coordination, vendor communication, training, food safety, and event-area upkeep. Manages JIRA hospitality requests, schedules, staff coverage, customer concerns, and large-group travel coordination. The role requires hands-on event leadership, strong communication, operational problem-solving, physical stamina, flexible availability, and food safety certifications.
