Provide front-line technical support and excellent customer service for clients, handling phone and on-site requests, logging and tracking tickets in ConnectWise, troubleshooting hardware and software (Windows/Mac/MS Office), escalating as needed, and performing occasional travel to client sites and company offices.

Provide front-line technical support and customer service via phone and ticketing (ConnectWise), troubleshoot hardware/software (Windows/macOS, MS Office), escalate and document issues, perform occasional on-site client visits, and maintain service desk administration and timesheet reporting.
