Own end-to-end robotics data collection and annotation projects, translating client training needs into delivery specifications. Own the end-to-end user experience for XDOF's data and research platform. Build self-serve data acquisition flows, commercialize internal tooling with infrastructure, design visualizers and exploration tools for large datasets, and collaborate closely with product and design while operating production web services.

Full-cycle technical recruiter partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and close candidates across engineering, operations, and business functions. Build pipelines, manage ATS, create structured interviews, report recruiting metrics, and ensure excellent candidate experience while representing company mission.

Build and maintain the infrastructure platform supporting large-scale data collection: orchestration systems for computation at ingestion, internal developer platforms for researcher workflows, multi-tenant data lake management, and exabyte-scale data warehouse and toolchain development.
