Teams at XDOF

Own end-to-end robotics data collection and annotation projects, translating client training needs into delivery specifications. Coordinate international teams across data operations, engineering, algorithms, and annotation, while managing schedules, quality, accuracy, SLAs, costs, and issue resolution. The role requires strong structured problem-solving, communication across time zones, international travel readiness, and comfort working in an ambiguous startup environment.

Own XDOF’s marketing strategy and execution, including messaging, positioning, content, website, product launches, thought leadership, events, and industry presence. Develop audience-specific engagement strategies for customers, partners, and prospective hires while building the processes and foundation for a growing marketing function. Translate complex robotics, AI, and data infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.

Support the CEO and occasionally the CTO and COO by managing calendars, communications, priorities, information flow, travel, logistics, meetings, and follow-through. The Executive Assistant will improve executive effectiveness through judgment, discretion, AI tools, automation, and lightweight operating systems. Additional support includes company planning, marketing, leadership meetings, offsites, events, recruiting, and onboarding.
