Own and optimise Xero’s accountant and bookkeeper onboarding journeys. The role combines funnel analytics, customer segmentation, propensity scoring, AI personalisation and cross-channel experimentation to improve activation and revenue growth. The manager will design experiments, prioritise a roadmap, influence Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, and scale successful approaches into globally aligned playbooks. The position requires strategic vision, hands-on campaign and tracking execution, strong data-driven decision-making, and experience in B2B marketing or customer journey strategy, ideally within SaaS or fintech.

Drive net-new business and revenue growth across a territory of accounting and bookkeeping partners. Develop migration strategies, manage partner relationships, conduct client meetings and events, deliver certification training, and educate practices on digital accounting and the Xero platform. Maintain Salesforce data, manage sales cycles, forecast accurately, and independently execute territory plans while traveling regularly for face-to-face client engagements.

Lead Xero's internal AI transformation and high-impact strategic programs end-to-end: scope opportunities, build business cases, translate AI ambitions into delivery plans, coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems into senior-ready recommendations, and drive stabilization and adoption with measurable outcomes.

Lead FP&A for Product & Technology, drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and financial modeling. Partner with senior leaders to evaluate investments, build Product P&Ls, support workforce planning, and manage a high-performing team to deliver actionable financial insights that shape product and technology decisions.

Manage a portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping partners to drive retention, platform adoption, revenue growth, and subscription expansion. Conduct business reviews, create success plans, identify churn risks, and position Xero capabilities including payroll, bill pay, analytics, and AI tools. Use Salesforce CRM for account health, forecasting, and pipeline management while collaborating with consultants, sales operations, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams.

The Solutions Consultant leads technical scoping, workflow mapping, solution design, partner migrations, and implementations for accounting and bookkeeping partners. The role supports sales through product demonstrations and technical consulting, translates complex needs into scalable workflows, identifies risks, resolves technical roadblocks, and gathers feedback to influence product development. It requires accounting or bookkeeping operations experience, cloud accounting ecosystem knowledge, SaaS pre-sales or technical account management experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Provide generalist HR advice across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, global mobility, and cyclical HR processes. Partner with HR Business Partners on salary review, talent mapping, calibration, and engagement analysis. Identify automation and self-service opportunities, support flexible work requests, and contribute to continuous improvement within a distributed, Pacific Time Zone-based team.
