Manage ~30 PMMs across regions, systematize PMM-product partnership, drive major launches, adopt AI-enabled content systems, and measure PMM contribution to commercial outcomes.

Lead Xero's internal AI transformation and high-impact strategic programs end-to-end: scope opportunities, build business cases, translate AI ambitions into delivery plans, coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems into senior-ready recommendations, and drive stabilization and adoption with measurable outcomes.

Lead design and build a greenfield, high-throughput payments platform. Drive architecture, implement distributed backend services, scale cloud-native systems, integrate observability and AI tooling, own APIs, mentor engineers, and support production through CI/CD and on-call responsibilities.

Lead technical solution strategy for high-impact pre-sales opportunities: define scalable architectures, guide complex discovery, advise on data migration and implementation governance, translate requirements into roadmaps, coach team members, and relay insights to product and engineering.

Manage a portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping partners to drive retention and revenue growth. Use Salesforce to track health, forecast, and identify expansion opportunities. Travel regularly for industry events and on-site partner meetings.

Lead the US Accountant & Bookkeeping Partner Channel for Enterprise: define strategy, scale and coach partner success and payments teams, drive retention, expansion, and multi-product adoption (Xero, Melio, Syft), establish sales-led motions and CRM forecasting, and align cross-functionally to grow revenue and partner value.

Lead global sales operations transformation by embedding AI-enabled reporting and CRM improvements, building analytics infrastructure, streamlining data flows, designing operating rhythms and governance, and delivering scalable, process-driven commercial insights to senior leaders to boost go-to-market performance.
