Leads Xero’s global employment legal strategy and advises executives and people leaders on workforce strategy, restructures, investigations, disputes, labor law, and organizational change. Establishes global legal frameworks, playbooks, escalation paths, and self-service resources; manages complex claims, regulatory inquiries, M&A employment matters, and external counsel. Partners across regional Legal, Employee Relations, and risk teams while using technology and AI to create scalable legal support.

Own the multi-year technical strategy and target architecture for Xero’s Reporting & Insights portfolio. Lead modernization of high-throughput, correctness-critical reporting systems, establish scalable data foundations, and make reporting AI-native with safe, explainable, reconciled answers. Align teams across organizational boundaries, influence product and engineering roadmaps, remain hands-on with foundational architecture, and grow Lead and Senior Engineers.
