Provides administrative and operational support to executive general managers and senior leaders, including diary management, travel bookings, expenses, meetings, events, purchase orders, contracts, payments, onboarding, and communications. Coordinates leadership calendars and cross-functional activities while building relationships across the organization. Identifies process improvements, supports team operations, and ensures smooth delivery of events, workshops, meetings, and daily business activities.

Lead and transform Product Marketing for a global SaaS accounting platform, building AI-native operating models, global positioning, GTM strategy and launches, research, competitive intelligence, pricing communications, and sales enablement. Manage ~30 PMMs across regions, systematize PMM-product partnership, drive major launches, adopt AI-enabled content systems, and measure PMM contribution to commercial outcomes.

Lead Xero's internal AI transformation and high-impact strategic programs end-to-end: scope opportunities, build business cases, translate AI ambitions into delivery plans, coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems into senior-ready recommendations, and drive stabilization and adoption with measurable outcomes.
