Own and scale AWS, on-premises, and Kubernetes infrastructure supporting Xona’s satellite navigation platform. Build observability systems with OpenTelemetry, automate delivery and infrastructure through IaC and GitOps, improve reliability and cost efficiency, and establish Kubernetes deployment standards. Partner closely with software teams to enable autonomous deployments, enforce security and performance practices, and design scalable, highly available infrastructure for a growing global service.

Own software program execution across navigation services, mission operations, and flight software. Manage schedules, releases, dependencies, risks, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and software-hardware interfaces. Build lightweight automation, tooling, integrations, and reporting systems while supporting development through live and on-orbit operations. The role requires software fluency, hardware-adjacent experience, strong systems thinking, and the ability to coordinate complex aerospace programs.

Develops production-grade C++ and Python automated tests for distributed cloud and edge systems. Responsibilities include unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; deterministic test harnesses and mocks; C++/Python interoperability validation; Bazel and GitLab CI/CD integration; code coverage enforcement; and debugging complex test failures. The role collaborates closely with software and infrastructure engineers to validate numerical, navigation, and multi-service system logic.
