Design intuitive web and mobile product experiences for Mariana Tek, a boutique fitness SaaS platform. Responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems; conducting user research and usability testing; collaborating with product and engineering teams; leading complex design initiatives; influencing product strategy; communicating design rationale; and mentoring team members.

Manage a portfolio of strategic global SaaS clients, serving as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption, measurable outcomes, renewals, and account growth. Develop customer success plans, conduct executive business reviews, monitor account health, mitigate churn, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product improvements, support change management, and optimize onboarding through renewal. Requires strong boutique fitness industry knowledge, executive communication skills, CRM proficiency, and experience managing enterprise accounts.
