Provide welcoming member service, conduct tours and orientations, promote YMCA programs, assist with scheduling and transactions, maintain wellness floor safety and cleanliness, support group classes, and manage member inquiries using YMCA systems.

Lead branch membership strategy and operations, driving acquisition, retention, staff development, marketing, budgets, and member experience. Supervise membership, tennis, and Y Kids staff; manage schedules, payroll, promotions, and data-driven reporting while ensuring safety, compliance, and community engagement.

The Membership and Wellness Associate engages YMCA members by providing excellent customer service, promoting programs, conducting orientations, and ensuring facility safety and cleanliness.
