Teams at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC

Serve as an outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients. Responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, compliance, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, grant management, audit preparation, data visualization, and client or staff training. The role requires managing client relationships, advising nonprofit leadership and boards, improving financial processes, and working independently in a hybrid environment.

Perform outsourced accounting for nonprofit clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, grant monitoring, cash-flow projections, and audit preparation. The role involves regular interaction with clients, boards, and finance committees, managing multiple priorities, and working virtually and onsite in a hybrid environment.
