Build high-performance Rust systems, support production deployments, collaborate with ML engineers, design scalable data architectures, troubleshoot performance and scalability issues, and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.

Lead and grow an engineering team to design, build, and ship production-ready agentic AI applications. Partner with Product, Platform, and Design to prioritize work, remove blockers, define best practices for agentic workflows and integrations, and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability of deployed systems.
