The Technical Customer Success Manager will lead strategic success for complex enterprise accounts, focusing on technical orchestration, customer onboarding, integration, and relationship management to ensure business outcomes.

Lead outbound strategic alliances with major enterprise SaaS and platform players, manage inbound partnership requests, and build a formal technology partner program. Define offerings, GTM motions, co-sell and enablement, and drive partner-sourced pipeline by working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing. Track program health and revenue impact while scaling partner tiers and processes.

Lead Zenity's global communications: media and analyst relations, executive and internal communications, corporate narrative, social and content. Build PR strategy, manage agencies, ghostwrite for executives, run rapid-response to breaking AI/security news, partner with product marketing, and measure coverage, share of voice, and sentiment to drive category leadership.
