Translate technical capabilities and threat intelligence into accurate market narratives, sales tools, web content, and launch assets. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams. Use AI tools and repeatable workflows to accelerate research, competitive analysis, drafting, and presentations while validating outputs against primary sources and product reality.

Owns Salesforce CPQ configuration, approval processes, automation, custom objects, reporting, data quality, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployments. Partners with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Responsibilities include QA/UAT, data imports and deduplication, connected sales technology management, documentation, user training, and leading Salesforce projects.
