Lead end-to-end product design for consumer web and native mobile experiences. Define reusable patterns and information architecture, evolve a cross-channel design system, support experimentation and A/B testing, partner closely with engineering to deliver build-ready, accessible, performant experiences, and drive product strategy from early releases to scaled maturity.

Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and data-visualization platforms using React, Redux, Vite, and TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features, write clean code and tests, debug, contribute to APIs, mentor junior engineers, and apply modern development practices including CI/CD and accessibility considerations.

Lead a small infrastructure engineering team to own cloud infrastructure, backend services, website, CI/CD, observability, and developer tooling. Set technical direction, improve reliability, scalability, security, and engineering effectiveness, drive incident readiness and operational practices, partner with product and business stakeholders, hire and mentor engineers, and balance long-term investments with fast-moving product needs.
