Own the full sales cycle for recognition products sold to physicians, dentists, hospitals, and practice managers. Generate leads, close new business, educate clients on licensing and product offerings, manage renewals and repeat purchases, develop proposals, monitor campaign performance, maintain CRM records, conduct competitive analysis, and collaborate with research and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

Build, maintain, and operate Ookla’s globally distributed infrastructure platform at massive scale. Responsibilities include managing cloud instances, containers, serverless applications, databases, streaming systems, and big-data tooling; supporting 24/7 production operations and on-call rotations; implementing security programs; improving deployment pipelines, monitoring, observability, and reliability; and guiding software and data engineering teams on operational best practices and troubleshooting.

Configure, implement, support, and improve Oracle Fusion Financials across a global, multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams, support month-end and year-end close activities, troubleshoot system issues, document system and permission changes for SOX compliance, cleanse data, monitor releases, provide training, and design solutions. The role requires significant accounting expertise and 10+ years supporting Oracle, including substantial Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud experience.
