Oversee Benchling implementations for life sciences customers by gathering scientific workflow requirements, designing scalable data models and configurations, coordinating implementation partners, validating solutions, leading testing and user acceptance, and supporting rollout, training, documentation, and adoption. Serve as a trusted advisor to scientific and technical stakeholders while promoting Benchling best practices and long-term data strategy.

Designs and operates data infrastructure for a clinical trial platform. Builds pipelines that extract, normalize, validate, and link information from clinical documents and publications into Aurora and GraphDB. Develops embeddings, vector search, RAG workflows, data-serving APIs, lineage tracking, and regulatory audit trails. The role also requires AWS-based orchestration, clinical data quality controls, biomedical knowledge graph modeling, and deployment automation using infrastructure-as-code and containerization.

Lead hands-on technical delivery for a cross-functional product engineering pod. Design and implement Angular frontends, Python APIs, and cloud-native services while guiding engineers through architecture, code reviews, testing, releases, and production troubleshooting. Translate product requirements into maintainable designs and vertical slices, establish quality and security standards, manage technical debt, and collaborate with Product, QA, BA, and DevSecOps teams. Experience in regulated life sciences, clinical technology, and standards such as CDISC or USDM is preferred.

Leads the full Manufacturing Informatics business lifecycle, including market strategy, sales, business development, solutioning, delivery, operations, P&L, and customer expansion. Builds executive relationships across pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing organizations; oversees MES, EBR, digital manufacturing, integrations, analytics, AI/ML, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Develops partnerships, recruits and leads global teams, manages financial and operational performance, and ensures solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, data integrity, and business requirements.
