The Customer Success Manager will drive account management and project execution, expand customer engagement, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing relationships and fostering partnerships.

Lead and execute change management for pharma/biotech/agritech clients: define strategy, drive business analysis deliverables (URS, FRS, workflows), assess informatics/data landscapes, manage projects, mentor staff, support business development, and ensure operational excellence.

Provide on-site lab IT consulting and support for GxP-regulated labs: requirements gathering, validation/compliance assistance, instrument/system troubleshooting, customer liaison, process improvement, and inventory/maintenance of lab IT and connected instruments.
