Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across North America and Europe, partnering with senior business leaders to define searches, source passive candidates, assess commercial talent, manage candidate experiences, and close hires. The role also involves talent mapping, recruiting analytics, process improvement, employer branding, agency strategy, market research, and mentoring recruiters in a fast-growing technology company.

Lead HR support across North America and Europe, advising managers and leaders on employee relations, performance, organizational changes, workforce planning, and talent matters. Oversee regional HR delivery, external PEO/EOR and employment partners, employee lifecycle processes, and scalable workflows. Lead the regional recruiting function, support critical searches, coach recruiters, and improve hiring operations. Drive company-wide HR initiatives involving compensation, performance management, job architecture, HR systems, manager development, and workforce planning.

Research and implement state-of-the-art vector indexing and retrieval algorithms. Build and optimize high-performance index components (indexing, query paths, quantization, compression, memory layout) for CPU/GPU, design benchmarks, debug performance issues (SIMD, concurrency, I/O), and productionize prototypes for Milvus, Zilliz Cloud, and Vector Lakebase.
