Contract recruiter to manage full-cycle early-career hiring and campus programs. Plan and run university events, hackathons, and career-fair representation. Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS pipeline data, and travel domestically during peak recruiting seasons to source and engage students for internships and entry-level roles.

Lead development of compensation philosophy, frameworks, and governance; set strategy for senior/executive pay; partner with Recruiting, Finance, and People teams; perform market benchmarking, compensation analyses and modeling; advise on promotions, leveling, and organizational changes; build scalable tools, processes, and Total Rewards recommendations to support global growth and retention.

Responsible for designing and developing production test systems for Zipline products, ensuring high reliability and scalability. Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and improve testing processes and equipment.
