Design, optimize, and maintain commercial workflows supporting partner onboarding and ongoing operations. Map processes, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, collaborate with Product, Enterprise Systems, Customer Success, and Engineering, monitor performance metrics, and maintain workflow documentation and SOPs. This is a full-time, in-person internship requiring occasional travel to commercial test sites.

Lead Zipline’s global airspace integration policy and regulatory strategy for autonomous drone operations. Engage with the FAA, civil aviation authorities, air navigation providers, standards organizations, and industry groups on UAS, BVLOS, spectrum, UTM, detect-and-avoid, Remote ID, and ADS-B requirements. Translate regulatory developments into compliance, certification, deployment, and product roadmaps while advising leadership on risks, dependencies, market access, and long-term aviation policy.

Drive cross-functional operational improvements by identifying bottlenecks, diagnosing root causes, and delivering scalable fixes. Build dashboards, automations, trackers, and workflows; own end-to-end processes; partner with Operations, Commercial, Data, Product, and Finance; iterate quickly to deliver measurable improvements in speed, decision quality, and execution. Thrive in ambiguity and prioritize impact over bureaucracy.
