Teams at Zipline

Own Zipline’s company-wide cybersecurity and privacy strategy across product, infrastructure, data, corporate technology, aircraft, and field systems. Lead a technical security engineering team, prioritize and remediate major risks, establish security architecture and controls, oversee threat modeling and incident response, and communicate risk to leadership. Build scalable security capabilities, develop talent, and balance security, privacy, safety, legal, customer, and business requirements in a fast-growing cyber-physical organization.

Designs end-to-end user experiences for Zipline’s autonomous delivery hardware, software, operations, and service touchpoints. Conducts field research, translates complex system behavior into user journeys and interaction models, defines product requirements, prototypes physical and digital concepts, and partners with engineering, industrial design, and product teams to improve clarity, safety, usability, and trust.

Designs and deploys production equipment, fixtures, tooling, workstations, and end-of-line test systems for aircraft and safety-critical subsystems. Owns projects from requirements and CAD through vendor fabrication, commissioning, testing, and production release. Leads debugging, root-cause analysis, acceptance testing, and process improvements affecting cycle time, uptime, yield, and safety. Coordinates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and field teams, with regular onsite work and up to 15% travel.
