Lead enterprise business development for national homebuilder clients, advising CMOs, driving revenue growth, negotiating enterprise agreements, mentoring local BD teams, and representing Zonda at industry events.

Manage medium-to-large concurrent Graphics/VR projects from kickoff to delivery: define scope, budget, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; run meetings and demos; set client expectations; identify and mitigate risks; provide quoting support; ensure clear client-production communication and architectural accuracy; deliver reporting and process improvements.

Drive new business for NewHomeSource Listings, Advertising, Graphics/Interactive and Self-Guided Tour services. Build relationships with homebuilders and developers, execute territory sales plans, generate regular appointments, manage full sales cycle in Salesforce, perform demos, travel within territory and represent products at events to close deals and grow revenue.
