Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains Java-based eCommerce systems, web applications, payment-processing integrations, APIs, and distributed infrastructure. The role also builds AI and machine-learning tools for transactional and operational data analysis. Responsibilities include architecture evaluation, performance tuning, security and PCI DSS compliance, testing, documentation, CI/CD maintenance, troubleshooting, and Agile collaboration.

Provides frontline technical support through phone, email, and ticketing systems; diagnoses hardware, software, and network issues; manages tickets through resolution; processes parts returns; escalates complex problems; monitors data center infrastructure; performs post-installation testing; documents incidents; and collaborates with internal teams and clients.

Drives full-cycle B2B technology sales, from prospecting through close, with emphasis on complex, services-led opportunities, profitable growth, gross margin, and ACV bookings. Builds pipelines, forecasts accurately, engages executive stakeholders, and orchestrates solution architects, services teams, OEMs, ISVs, and channel partners. Sells digital workplace, networking, security, cloud, data center, managed services, professional services, and staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers. Requires up to 50% travel.
