Lead technical sales engagements for enterprise customers across Zoom’s UCaaS platform. Responsibilities include technical discovery, solution design, custom demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive presentations, RFP/RFQ support, competitive analysis, and translating customer needs into product recommendations. The role partners with enterprise account executives, product managers, and engineering teams while advocating for customers and showcasing cloud, collaboration, communications, and AI solutions.

Lead the Platforms DevOps team managing Kubernetes clusters and cloudops infrastructure. Drive automation, cost optimization, security improvements, cross-team collaboration, and team development while overseeing CI/CD, incident response, and production reliability.

Leads DevOps platform engineering across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, data center orchestration, security services, and government environments. Defines technical roadmaps, architects infrastructure automation and security solutions, partners with service teams, promotes SRE practices such as infrastructure as code and observability, and mentors engineers. Requires production-scale SRE or DevOps experience, programming proficiency, cloud and Kubernetes expertise, CI/CD and monitoring experience, incident response participation, and strong communication skills.
