As a Founding Data Scientist, you will develop predictive models and optimize data infrastructure to enhance supply chain operations, focusing on shipment risk and decision-making.

First design hire responsible for end-to-end product design across a control tower, alerting/intervention flows, a node-based no-code workflow builder, AI-native surfaces, and a design system. Regular customer calls, rapid prototyping in Figma, and close collaboration with founding engineers. Focus on data-dense, regulated healthcare logistics problems and shipping usable interfaces quickly.
