We are the Experience Team (EX)! We are made up of Product Designers, UX Researchers, Technical Writers, Design Operations, Design Technologists and Visual Designers.

As an Emerging Talent Intern, you can expect to be given the space and the opportunity to build upon your skills and knowledge, while contributing to critical work as part of a core team.
What you get to do:

  • Collaborate with presenters and content writers on storyboards, creative themes, and styles
  • Craft and design presentations that communicate vision and strategy through a variety of mediums including presentations, product demonstrations and videos.
  • Partner with designers throughout the Experience Org to understand the product's user experience and showcase the best design innovation from the team.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint slides, Graphics, Charts, Graphs, and Data Visualizations
  • Translate complicated messages into clear, compelling images.
  • Build templates and frameworks for delivering persuasive communications that are both analytically convincing and emotionally compelling


Program Details:

  • 6-month program:
    • Start Date: July 8, 2024
    • End Date: December 13, 2024
    • Full time 40 hrs/week
  • Benefits - health benefits, 401k, etc.
  • Hourly competitive pay, based on experience
  • Location: Open to all locations in the United States (Remote and onsite)
    • Relocation stipend offered, if applicable


Qualifications
***Actively enrolled university students, or recent university graduates (May 2023-Present), are not eligible. Internships and new college graduate roles are posted on our careers page, if available ***
Seeking career changers and/or emerging talent: We are looking for aspiring Communication Designers that have minimal relevant job experience, and who are eager to learn!

  • Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from Design related courses, are highly encouraged to apply
  • Ability to commit full-time during program dates
  • Position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship
  • Ability to represent complex ideas and systems with clear visualizations and illustrations that are both informative and inspiring to the audience.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, typography, color theory, UI design, layout principles, video editing, narrative structure, and animation.
  • Fluency across a range of formats, including presentations, illustrations, storyboards, talk tracks, journey maps, wireframes, keyframes, audio, video, and more.
  • Creative ideation, concept definition, verbal communication, and writing skills
  • Command of graphic design and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Ability to stay proactive and influential in complex, ambiguous, unpredictable situations.
  • A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset
  • Ready to showcase your work and/or projects in form of portfolio or other formats is required at time of interview


For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $44 - $50/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
